There was an occasion when a scratch cards winner won a million dollars and was found to be a convicted robber. Apparently he wasn’t supposed to have scratchcards or play scratch cards in any form.

Now it seems like the people in charge are deciding whether his seven figure win on scratch games should be his or not. They weren’t online scratch cards; they were regular ticket style scratch off scratchcards instead. What do you think should happen?

It is an unusual situation. Online scratch cards might be different but even then he probably shouldn’t play online scratch cards either. Basically anything that might produce a prize shouldn’t have been played by him. Even free scratch cards might be wrong though!

It remains to be seen whether his scratch cards winnings will be his or not

We’re not sure what the scratch card outcome will be. Maybe it’s been resolved already. But it does make you think about how scratch cards are played and who plays them. His probation stated he shouldn’t play them so maybe his winnings won’t be his.

Most of us will be happily able to play at scratch cards sites and with normal cards though, thankfully!
