You have to remember that your scratchcard must be legally obtained and played. Even if you could find out the codes for winning cards, you could be arrested for playing against the rules and breaking the law.

It doesn’t apply to online scratch cards as they’re not tangible

Online scratch cards will probably still have a code but you can’t tell what they all are as they’re on the internet. But regular scratch cards must all have a code. You should play scratch cards properly though and not try to cheat with them. Scratch cards sites and scratch outlets will all have rules in place to ensure no cheating takes place.
