Neopets a quick revision?

ON neopets when ever I go to a scratchcard place its say: ” Oops!
Error: Sorry, but this section of the site is undergoing a quick fix or revision. We’ll get it back up as soon as possible!
Except it has been like tha for about 2 months. Has this happened to anybody else? Do i need to report this problem to neopets? How?

it has happened to me once i downloaded a new web browser and it worked
omg i havent played neopets in a LOOOOONG time.. haha i should see if my old account is there and how my pets are doing… wow i havent been on since like middle school grade 6 or 7… im surpised that site is still up and running after all these years… im in grade 11 by the way ^_^
It’s like that for all of us, unfortunately. TNT (The Neopets Team: the people in charge over there) does know about it and is “working on it” (which in TNT-speak means “don’t hold your breath).
It couldn’t hurt to send a bug report, but they are already working on it.
It’s bugging me. It’s spoiled my neo-routine! I used to visit the kiosk everytime it was Snowager time, pick up a scratch card and try my luck. These days when I’m not thinking about it, I’ll still go, but it’s still down. Once I forget about it completely, they’ll finally fix it!
People abused a glitch and therefore TNT closed all kiosks in Neopia. They’re currently fixing it, so no use sending in a bug report.
So blame it on the users who can’t find a “legal” way to earn np
